Booking and Cancellation Policies
Booking Policies:
- A booking is complete once payment is received.
- Student cancellation policy:
- More than 14 days prior to class start day, full refund less transaction fees.
- 14 days or less prior to class start day, no refund 50% credit on re-enrollment within 12 months.
- School cancellation policy:
- Classes that do not meet the student minimum 14 days prior to start of class may be cancelled at the discretion of the instructor/school, students will be fully refunded.
- Classes cancelled due to weather or equipment/safety problems will be fully refunded or may be priority rescheduled within 12 months with no additional cost subject to class availability.
